Latest hauls

Here's a quick post just to let you know what polishes I've gotten lately.
Sally Beauty Supply has a buy 2 get 1 free on all nail polish going on this month & since I "needed" to renew my Sally card I stopped in & picked out a few polishes (with the $10 off $20 or more coupon of course):
China Glaze Sun Worshiper, Orange Knockout, Mimosa's Before Mani's, Life Is Rosy, Fade Into Hue, First Mate; Beauty Secrets cuticle oil
When I got home I realized that I already have First Mate, smh.  Since I renewed my card I got a $5 off coupon (the cost of the card) & then I also got an email with a code for free shipping so I decided to use them both & order a few more polishes online (what can I say, the buy 2 get 1 free gets me):
Finger Paints I Spy-der, Fishin' For Fun, Owlin' At The Moon, Hoppy Go Lucky, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Are You Hoppy?
& to round out my amazing mail day/hauls:
Zoya Solange, Beatrix, Destiny, Miranda, Stevie, Liberty
I will have my review of the Zoya Summer PixieDust polishes up next week--cannot wait to try these, they are SO gorgeous in person!

Spring is in the air!

I live in Wisconsin & even if it's technically "spring" we still have cold temps (below normal) & snow.  I wanted to do a more spring-like mani & this is what I came up with:
China Glaze Running In Circles, Water You Waiting For, It's A Trap-Eze!
I used three colors from the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away collection.  On my thumb & pinkie nails I used two coats of Running In Circles, on my index nail I used three coats of Water You Waiting For & on my middle & ring nails I applied three coats of It's A Trap-Eze!--all three polishes applied well.  I did use one coat of Gelous before adding a coat of Seche Vite.  I wore this mani for almost a week with very little wear.  I really need to start painting my nails more often & not wearing my manis for so long (as I type this I'm wearing Zoya Dahlia for the seventh day, lol).
Real quick I just want to add in the couple of nail related items I got:
1000 lint free nail polish remover pads (bought off ebay) & the Fingrs Nail Tattoos kit that comes with "newsprint", zigzag & map patterns--can't wait to use these, I LOVE the map ones & I wasn't sure if a regular map would work for "newspaper" nails (has anyone tried using an actual map?).

A Sinful Post

Today I have a cute mani to show you using two Sinful Color polishes.
Sinful Colors Beau Khaki & Athens
Both of these polishes went on smooth & covered completely in two coats.  I put one coat of Seche Vite on top & this mani lasted a week with very minimal tip wear.
