"While walking by your side along the way I spied a tiny copper penny on the ground"

Final day of my theme week!  I hope you've enjoyed it & if you haven't guessed the theme it was metals.

The polishes I used for this mani were:
*Sinful Colors Love Thyself--two coats for full coverage.  This is a blurple polish that my camera shows as blue, it's more purple in real life.
*FingerPaints Fall of Surprises!--one coat over my ring nail.
*Zoya Penny--used for the dots.
*INM Out The Door topcoat--one coat over everything.

This mani was probably my favorite.  I loved the color combo of copper & purple, but I also really love the polka dots (I used my second smallest dotting tool).  I don't think I've done a full mani of dots & I'm not sure why since they're super simple & actually pretty quick to do.  My husband loved this mani.

Did you enjoy my theme week?  Which mani was your least favorite/favorite?

"Sail on silver girl, sail on by, your time has come to shine"

This mani was actually what I wore on Mother's Day & the whole reason doing a theme week popped in my head (no idea why, lol).
The polishes I used for this mani were:
*FingerPaints Dream I Can Fly--two coats for full coverage.  Has a satin finish if you don't add a topcoat.
*Zoya Trixie--two coats for full coverage on my accent nail.  Trixie is still my favorite silver polish I've used.
*FingerPaints Copy Cat--one coat over my middle & ring nails.
*INM Out The Door topcoat--one coat over everything.

I've been wanting to do this color combo for awhile & I finally got around to doing it.  I really like how this combo is simple & understated, but also think gold would have looked good also.

"You're so Art Deco, out on the floor, shining like gunmetal, cold and unsure"

Today's mani is very simple, but I love it:
The polishes I used for this mani were:
*China Glaze Stone cold--two coats for complete coverage.
*China Glaze Some Like It Haute--one coat over Stone Cold for the accent nails.

Stone Cold dries super quick since it's a matte polish.  I only used one coat of Some Like It Haute so it also dried super quick & in total this mani was done & dry (to a light touch) in around five minutes. I actually tried doing a marble (as in the stone, not a water marble) look, but I couldn't get it to work out.  The only downside of this mani is that it chips pretty quickly without a topcoat.

"Cracklin' rosie make me smile"

Day two of my theme week, any ideas what the theme is yet?
The polishes I used for this mani were:
*China Glaze Four Leaf Clover--2 coats for full coverage.
*Orly Rage--one coat on my accent nail & I also used it for stamping.
*Essie A Cut Above--sponged it over Rage on my accent nail.  Don't think I've ever sponged on glitter & it works so well!
*Stamping plate JQ-65 that I bought off ebay (it's a dupe for the Pueen 63 plate)--this plate worked very well with my clear stamper I also bought off ebay.
*INM Out The Door topcoat--one coat over everything.

I've said it before, but I love green & pink as a color combo.  Rage is a really pretty rose gold color, but it didn't come off as pink in the stamping (even though I still really like how the stamping looks). Compared to the glitters in A Cut Above it's also not as pink, but I think the pairing worked well.  I will say that cleaning up a foil polished that is used for stamping is a pain (& you can see a lot of the foil/shine/shimmer still on my cuticles/fingers).

"There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold..."

This week I'll be doing a "theme week" (I don't think I've ever done one??) & I'm starting off with my least favorite of the five manis I'll be posting:
The polishes that I used were:
*Wet n Wild Poppy Culture--two coats for full coverage.  This is an orange-red polish that is really pretty, but I really didn't care for it on my nails, but I know I'll be wearing it on my toenails.
*Zoya Ziv--two coats for full coverage as an accent nail.
*e.l.f. Gold Star--one coat over my middle & pinkie nails.
*INM Out The Door topcoat--one coat over everything.

This mani isn't horrible, but the orange-red polish didn't look right on me & gold isn't a metal I care for...all of it together just turned into a mani I didn't really like.  That's one of the great things about doing your nails though--if you don't like something you can always take it off & start over.  I do like the rest of the manis I'll be posting this week so I hope you'll come back to see those as well!

**Zoya Ziv was sent to me in the past from the company for my honest review.
